Saw Palmetto is a spiky palm plant native to the United States which gets its name from its sawtooth-shaped leaves. This shrub-like palm produces purple-black berries which have been well used to support men's health. The berries contain an abundance of nutritionally rich fatty acid sterols, and it is these which are standardised to 45-50% to ensure a consistently effective level of active ingredient inside every capsule.
