·         Excellent IT & computer skills

·        Word, Excel & Powerpoint at the highest level

·         Previous sales and customer care experience

·         Familiarity with accounts packages such as Sage and TAS Books


·         Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude.

·         Demonstrates good initiative.

·         Excellent customer service skills and communication.

·         Excellent time management skills.

·         Ability to adapt to new tasks assigned.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate at a high level via written and verbal methods with people at all levels.
Mathematical skills: ability to subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to read and analyse general business accounts.
Confidential information: ability to deal with confidential information as discussed with SD and MD.
