OWNER: Cheryl Thallon.
Cheryl has worked in the natural products industry since she was 21, working in health food stores. Trained as a journalist, she became editor of Natural Food Trader magazine in 1988, before joining Solgar Vitamins as Marketing Director in 1991 where she stayed for 8 years, until the company was sold to a pharmaceutical giant.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Technical director at Viridian Nutrition is Alex Kirchin MSc DipION. A qualified nutritionist and experienced chef, Alex has his Masters Degree in Nutritional Medicine from Surrey University. He is much sought after for lectures and press comment.
