Noisy, full of energy and passionate, Karen is a well respected and knowledgeable member of the team. Karen turned from the ‘dark side’ when she joined Viridian Nutrition after 20 years working within the pharmaceutical industry. Outside of work, Karen has a passion for all things equestrian.

Steve has worked in a sales role at all levels of retail from Holland & Barrett to Selfridges before becoming a nutritionist and sales person within the specialist supplements sector. Steve and Viridian Nutrition founder, Cheryl, have worked together for close to 20 years.

Theresa is a qualified nutritional therapist with a BCNH Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Health. She is also an NLP practitioner and uses these skills in her training sessions to ensure good all-round understanding from her audience.
