A message from Viridian

"We understand many customers will be concerned about coronavirus and its implications so we would like to reassure you on how we are managing the situation at Viridian and following government advice.

"Like other goods, vitamins and supplements have been in great demand recently and we have seen unprecedented order levels. This means some lines have gone out of stock but our manufacturing sites are working 7-days-a-week to meet requirements so we expect to have most lines available soon.

 

"We have been limiting some orders to ensure fairness and we would like to request all customers to consider that there will be others who also need supplements. It has always been our belief to care for others as you care for yourself and we will continue to do our best in ensuring we can work to this. 

"We would also like to request your assistance with supporting our incredible health store stockists who are on the front line helping to care for the health of the nation. These stores are health hubs in this health crisis and are a vital resource in local communities.

 

"The Government has now confirmed that health food stores sit alongside grocery stores and pharmacies and will therefore be able to remain open but they need your understanding and support more than ever. We need these shops to stay open so please be considerate when going into store, ensuring the 2metre distance recommendations and where possible pre-ordering over the phone for a quick collection. Many stores may be offering a delivery option and other new services to help you in these strange times.

"We’d like to reassure you we are doing everything we can to limit contact within our day-to-day business operations to ensure we do our part to reduce the spread of this virus. We have as many people working from home as possible, staff rotas, distance protocols and new procedures to ensure we can maintain distance at every stage whilst still distributing product as quickly as we can. 

 

"As things change, we will continue to adapt and we will share details of this on our website and social media channels.

"We’d really like to thank you for working with us and understanding that things may take a little longer than normal.
