Unearthing Mother Nature’s remedies - The Medicine Hunter

Here's The Medicine Hunter Chris Kilham being interviewed by sustainable living magazine Ethical Hedonist during a visit to the UK.

Educator, author and botanical expert Chris – who has been described as ‘part David Attenborough and part Indiana Jones’ - has been at the forefront of medicinal plant research.

He has visited more than 45 countries to investigate and report on the provenance and sustainability behind many of these botanicals including the Peruvian Andes for its treasured maca and the hot tropical climate of southern India to research the Ayurvedic herb Ashwaganda.

Chris was brought over to the UK and Ireland by ethical supplement company Viridian Nutrition to share his fascinating insights on how plants can boost vitality, health and wellbeing.

During his educational tour, he was interviewed by several journalists, including a filmed interview with Alison Jane Reid, editor-in-chief of Ethical Hedonist.  Viridian's Head Nutritionist Aimée Benbow was also interviewed about the scientific research behind these plants.
