Viridian’s complete fibre complex capsules are a great source of soluble and insoluble dietary fibre with a gentle formulation that’s suitable for daily use.

Natural sources of fibre include fruit, wholegrains, brown rice, pulses and nuts. This formulation incorporates organic linseed and psyllium husk, both of which help to maintain normal bowel function. Psyllium husk also contributes to intestinal function and helps to control blood levels of cholesterol.

Contains 100% active ingredients formulated by expert nutritionists with no artificial fillers and no nasties. Sourced according to Viridian’s strict ethical criteria including no animal testing, GMO or palm oil.
